Swedish Massage Therapy is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage-and for good reason. This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increases blood circulation.

Deep Tissue massage therapy involves applying slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissues surrounding muscles). It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Balance your Chi
Acupressure is an ancient form of massage that is one of the treatment methods used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The goal of Acupressure is to encourage the movement of Chi (life energy) through the 14 channels (meridians) inside the body. Acupressure consists of pressing the acupuncture points in an attempt to help the free flow of energy in the channel(s).
Relax and Reduce Muscle Tension
Shiatsu is a form of therapeutic bodywork from Japan. "Shiatsu" translates as "finger pressure." It uses kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping and stretching techniques to help heal common ailments and conditions, and correct energy imbalances in the body. Pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout the entire body. Shiatsu is performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing.
